Integration overview

Introduction

TUI Villas is a TUI’s international holiday home platform with more than 300,000 properties. Their strongest market is Germany and the Germans travelling internationally, especially to seasonal destinations.

Listings posted on TUI Villas also appear on Atraveo. The TUI Villas website is available in 15 different languages.

Integration model

TUI Villas is the next Sales Channel (SC) that has been successfully integrated with Rentals United. Property Managers (PMs) can now connect to TUI Villas and start advertising their properties through this channel.

All actions are initiated by TUI Villas:

  • Property descriptive content as well as prices and availability are retrieved from Rentals United by TUI Villas upon initial connection;

  • When property descriptive content or availability and prices are updated in Rentals United, TUI Villas retrieves updates every 3 hours;

  • TUI Villas performs a quote request before booking;

  • reservations are pushed to Rentals United.

Categorization

This channel is categorized as a Holiday Rental Website (HRW). TUI Villas sells single properties mostly. In this system, guests choose the exact place they are staying at.

TUI Villas does not handle multi-units and Rentals United cannot specifically state how many units are available to book. A multi-unit refers to a set of indistinguishable properties. These properties work the same way the regular properties do; however, they represent a number of properties with the same specification at the same address. An example of a multi-unit property is a set of identical hotel rooms.

Contract details

New clients: Before you go live on TUI Villas, you need to fill in, sign and email an agreement to TUI Villas. Their agreement can be downloaded from Rentals United platform while connecting to this channel.

Existing clients: After you connect to the channel, following Establishing connection or Establishing connection, you need to contact productpartner@atraveo.com and request them to interconnect the TUI Villas account with Rentals United. You should indicate that you are an existing client and provide them with your username.

Onboarding time: An average onboarding time is 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of properties. If you do not hear back from the channel after two weeks, please email them directly at: productpartner@atraveo.com.

Commission: 15-18% on total booking amount, yet it may differ depending on your agreement with the channel.

Payment process: The channel charges the guest and pays you out on the guest's arrival.

Length of stay: The maximum length of stay booked from TUI Villas website is 35 nights.
